By using Party Bala, creating an account, submitting a booking request, requesting a quotation, or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Platform Role
Party Bala operates as a marketplace and booking platform connecting customers with independent venue owners and service vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, venues and vendors remain responsible for the services they offer, their availability, and fulfilment of accepted bookings.
Accounts And Information
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or submitting booking details.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.
- Party Bala may suspend or restrict access where information is false, misleading, abusive, or used unlawfully.
Quotations And Bookings
- A quotation is a proposal and does not become a confirmed booking until the applicable approval and payment steps are completed.
- Some bookings may allow direct payment, while others may require partner quotation approval before payment is enabled.
- A partner may still be required to confirm the final booking after payment where the booking flow specifies final approval.
- Availability, pricing, inclusions, and special requests are subject to the final accepted quotation or booking confirmation.
Payments
- Payments are processed through authorised payment service providers.
- You agree to pay the amount shown before completing checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, and selected add-ons.
- Any remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid according to the terms shown for the booking.
Customer Responsibilities
- You must use the venue and vendor services lawfully and follow the rules communicated by the selected partner.
- You are responsible for event details, guest conduct, permissions, and information supplied for the booking.
- Damage, overstay, extra services, or scope changes may attract additional partner charges where applicable.
Cancellations And Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy, the selected partner terms, the accepted quotation, and the specific booking record.
Changes To Terms
Party Bala may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
